Dear Friends,

I want to take this moment to recognize my father on Father’s Day. I am grateful to have a caring father who has truly instilled great values in me and always made our family his top priority. I am fortunate to have such a loving father and hope that one day I can be as great a Dad as he is. Both my mom and dad always wanted the best for me and from me. I will NEVER forget the late nights my dad worked doing construction and every dollar sacrificed for my education.  Now that I am a man, I am truly grateful for every sacrifice they have made for me and my younger brothers. I wish I could be home with the family and I miss you all dearly. Happy Father’s Day, Dad!!!

Simply put, Christians should give because God commands it. God expects us to give. Christ gave his life for sinners. Christ gave his life because God required it. God required that sinners be punished for sinning against him. The Bible makes it clear that God has pardoned all our sins because of Christ Jesus. Therefore, we are should show our gratitude to God by giving to others from the riches that we share in Christ Jesus our Lord. We are spiritually rich in Christ Jesus our Lord; this translates into being rich in this world as well. We lack nothing in Christ Jesus. We give out of the abundance from which God has given to us in our union with Christ Jesus by the power of his Holy Spirit. Brothers and sisters let us not forsake our responsibility for giving to others.

The peace of God that dwells in the hearts of the people of God is Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is the peace that surpasses all understanding. Jesus Christ is the peace of God. He has reconciled all believers in Christ Jesus back to God by destroying sin once and for all on the cross at Calvary. 

God is able to provide for all our needs and desires in Christ Jesus because he is strong and mighty! So strong and mighty is he that he created the heavens and the earth out nothing. So strong and mighty is he that the Bible says his right hand takes hold of his anointed in order to "subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before" us (Is 45:1). Therefore, let us take account of his wonderful provisions as we enter a new to day to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ. Are you with me? I hope so. God bless you all.

So mighty is he that all things lie open and exposed before him. Nothing lies in secret. Come, praise the Lord for his goodness and his mercies. Live according to his perfect plan of salvation in Christ Jesus. Receive his blessings and live so that all the world may know that God is mighty and sure. This is our God.

Today, my prayer is that God would gift you with the ability to see his marvelous and salvific eternal-plan for all his faithful creatures in Christ Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. God's plan is to save these people from total destruction for rebellion against him and deceit toward one another.

When I say that I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, I mean that I believe that God is eternal. He has no beginning nor end. He is the eternal Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He made heaven and earth with all that is in them out of nothing. He supports and governs all by His eternal counsel and providence. He is my God and my Father through faith in Christ Jesus our Lord. No doubt that Christ Jesus provides me with all things that are necessary for both body and soul in this life and the life to come.
